5 stars for ease of ordering and timely delivery, 3 stars for the actual arrangement. The recipient liked it and sent me a pic. No phaleonopsis orchids—I know you reserve the right to swap out, but it seems to be the focal point of the arrangement and really I don’t think roses or lisianthus pack the same punch. Also the dendrobium stem in front was snapped off at the top and in my opinion there were too many green ?mums. Also, swapping in pink lisianthus made the arrangement look a little loose and some didn’t look that fresh in the picture. Again, more important that the recipient liked it and got it on time than what a picky florist’s dtr thinks.

This absolutely gorgeous bouquet is even more beautiful in person than in the picture! I was also thrilled that the delivery was made within a couple hours of my order. I could not be happier and would give my highest recommendation!

Soooooo Beautiful! My daughter loved it and said she had never received such a gorgeous arrangement!
